Putting YOU at the Center of Your Pelvic Care!
Investment & Insurance
At Movement Physio & Wellness, we value full transparency when it comes to making medical decisions and understanding costs involved for your care. We don’t have any surprise bills, hidden fees, or nonsense costs. Our main job is making sure we provide pelvic floor therapy care that is fully patient-centered, not what an insurance decides.
With that in mind, we have chosen to be an out-of-network provider with insurance. What this means for you, is that you know exactly what you are paying for with your pelvic floor therapy with us, and we take the middle man insurance companies out of your treatment. Our pricing is simple and fixed, no matter what type of care you receive.
Our Rates:
Full Price Initial Evaluation and Follow Ups: $229 per visit
Packages: Savings From $80 to $480 Depending on Package
We offer 8-visit, 12-visit, or 16-visit packages for people who would benefit from consistent therapy, which allows you to save some money on your care. Your therapist will help you figure out which one makes sense for your condition and your budget.
Payment is due at time of visit. We accept HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards. Payment plans are also available on packages, for those who need flexibility. We will collect a $50 deposit when you book either online or over the phone, which will hold your visit. This fee is applied to the cost of the initial evaluation, nothing extra!
Why We Choose To Be Out Of Network
We know how confusing it is to navigate the insurance world when it comes to your care. Here at Movement Physio & Wellness, all therapists have previously worked in insurance clinics and witnessed the limitations to the level of quality care we can provide. Rushed 30 minute visits, double bookings, and denied insurance claims that left the patient with a massive bill, more than what we charge for an out-of-network visit!
When you receive care from us, you will know EXACTLY what you are investing, and there will never be add on costs or surprise bills. We make sure our therapists can focus on YOU, the patient, and not have to worry about what codes to bill or if the visit will be covered. At Movement, every session is a full 60 minute visit 1:1 with the pelvic floor therapist only. Our treatments are private, don’t feel rushed and never will be double booked. We care about you and want you to experience the best possible care, the way pelvic floor therapy should be experienced!
How to Use Out of Network Benefits
Movement Physio & Wellness is an out of network physical therapy clinic that does not bill insurance directly. However, many people can take advantage of using their out of network insurance benefits by coming to see us.
You can request a “Superbill”, which is a medical receipt with codes that your insurance company can accept. We provide you the superbill and then you are able to submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. We can never guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you the full amount back. We recommend calling your insurance company to understand your plan.
Here are some questions you can ask your insurance company:
Do I have out of network benefits for physical thearpy?
Do I require a referral for therapy?
Do I need to meet a deductible first?
How much of the visit is reimbursed after I meet my deductible?
How long does it take to get reimbursed?
